Steps to Growing Your Business

Talk to EVERYONE about your products, your business opportunities and your success. Tell people, in person how you started out, where you are now and how they can join you. Tell them why you do what you do and why you love it. Being genuinely enthusiastic about your business is how you will attract potential business partners.
Once you start your team, remember that you are a Sponsor not just a Recruiter:
- Spend time with your business partners and strategize the best way to get their business up and running based on their needs.
- Train and support your business partners based on all of the information you have learned. Provide them with past Marketing Tips, Newsletters, Worksheets, etc.
- Get to know your business partners. A good sponsor knows the reasons why their new business partners have decided to join the business and are working closely with them to make those reasons become a reality.
- Office continuing support, check in with your business partners once a week to make sure they are motivated and on track. Just a simple email asking hoe they are doing will suffice. Keep the lines of communication open.
Building your team isn’t just getting a lot of people in your downline. It’s setting a great example so that each person in your team can demonstrate effective skills and training to keep everyone’s business at it’s optimum level.
